Featuring a round AB8 ethanol burner with your choice of natural teak or Fluid concrete surrounding, this contemporary classic firepit fits in seamlessly with a variety of outdoor decors.
Fitted with EcoSmart’s AB8 burner, Base is fuelled by clean-burning e-NRG bioethanol and will provide over eight hours of warmth, ambience, along with a mesmerising flame.

Can I uninstall my bioethanol fireplace and reinstall if I renovated?
Yes, you can do this by using a predetermined firebox with a bioethanol burner, which is the easiest way to install, refurbish and reinstall the fire again, due to its construction style and because it has no connections.
How long will my ethanol fireplace burn?
Burn times for our ethanol fireplaces vay based on flame size and fuel capacity of the burner. EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces will burn between 8-13 hours when full.
What is bioethanol fuel?
Bioethanol (also known as methylated spirits or simply ethanol) is a form of renewable energy. It’s a clear, colourless liquid that’s commonly made from fermenting the sugar and starch components of plant by-products like sugarcane and grain crops.
Where is the best place to install an ethanol fireplace?
Our ethanol fireplaces can be installed virtually anywhere - in walls, cabinets, high rise buildings, commercial / residential / hospitality spaces, indoors and outdoors. Because EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces are ventless, they require no gas line, no electricity, and no chimney for a hassle free and cost effective installation. Our ethanol fireplaces have been designed and tested with safety as our top priority. We have outlined requirements for each ethanol burner, ethanol fireplace insert, and ethanol freestanding fireplace in our collection.
